If you are in middle school, high school, or college, and love to cheer, or want to learn, you are encouraged to come join us for the day. You will have the opportunity to learn and participate in collegiate stunts, baskets, pyramids, cheers, tumbling, and even learn the Appalachian Fight Song.

Coach Morgan Delgado became the Spirit Coordinator / Head Cheer Coach in August 2014. She graduated from App State with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Foods with a concentration in Dietetics. She cheered for App State (2011- 2014) and was the MVP award recipient for the 2013-2014 season. As an App State alumnae, Coach Morgan's passion for the University and the team allows her to continue pushing the culture and grow the team. Under her direction, App State Cheer took 3rd place in the squad's first competition since the early 2000s at the 2017 Canam College Nationals in the Small Coed Division.
Coach Morgan is a decorated Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) instructor with over nine years of teaching experience, six years of heading camps, and three years of instructing college camps.
