Covid-19 Guidelines

Appalachian State University has been monitoring the situation with COVID-19 closely.  Day camps and programs serving children and teens this summer must adhere to the current guidance and University guidelines.  We encourage parents and campers to read the full list of camper requirements.

Camp Details

JUNIOR ELITE CAMPERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE THEIR SKILLS AND LEARN FROM APP STATE COACHES AND PLAYERS IN A FUN ORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT!

Camp Dates:
June 7 - 10, 2021
July 19 - 22, 2021

Ages: 6 - 15 years of age

Fees:

  • Full Day: $350 (includes lunch and an App State t-shirt)

  • Half Day: $190 (includes an App State t-shirt)

Required Gear: Glove, bat, and athletic shoes/molded cleats
Suggested Gear: Helmet, hat, and sunscreen

Check-in will be held from 8:30 am to 9 am on Monday at Beaver Fields at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium.  

Walk up registrations will not be accepted!! 

Camp will be held Mon-Thurs.  Camp times for Mon-Wed will be 9 am to 4 pm for full-day campers and 9 am. to 12:30 pm for half-day campers.  Camp time on Thurs will be 9 am to 12 pm for ALL campers.

10:00- ARM CARE/ THROWING COMPETITION

10:30- ELITE DEFENSIVE SKILLS ROTATION -IF/OF/PITCHING/ CATCHING

11:30-DEFENSIVE CHALLENGE

11:45-GAMES

12:30-LUNCH

1:15-STRETCH

1:30-ELITE OFFENSE

2:30-GAMES

3:30-CAMP ENDS

No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 

The University reserves the right to cancel or amend this event if federal, state, local, or university guidelines change to address developing conditions related to COVID-19
