  • Coordinate Tax information
  • Maintain payment records
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Internal invoicing to University departments
  • External invoicing to local vendors
  • Receipt and deposit money daily (as required by university)
  • Process credit card payments
  • Handle all refunds (check or credit)
