"I'd like to thank you for what you are doing to help passionate throwers improve. At the camp, I threw 38' in shot and 127' in disc. After serious off season training and focusing on what I learned at the camp, I have improved to a personal best of 53'1" in shot and I took the lead in the 2014 North Carolina discus rankings with a throw of 161'5". I'm certain that I wouldn't be where I am without the help I received from the throws camp. Having the opportunity to be coached at an advanced level really helped me step up my game. Thank you so much for what you do, and I hope that I can continue to serve as an example of how effective your program can be." - Alex Tate
